The second largest granite dome (Batholith) in the United States, Enchanted Rock, which rises 425′ above Central Texas has drawn people for thousands of years. Take the challenge and hike to the top, where you´ll experience 360-degree views at 1,850 feet above sea level. You can also camp, rock climb, picnic, bird, study nature, geocache and stargaze. Family friendly, with playground equipment and a sandy creek to play in. Covered pavilions available for groups. There is also a park store and a place that serves food, drinks and frozen treats on weekends.
