I moved back to Llano, my hometown, after coaching a few years. I opened my own real estate office in 1985 and now have Landmasters Real Estate offices in Llano and Kingsland. Over the years, I have been active in civic activities and public office. My wife, Sherrie, and I have three grown children. Dawna is a graduate of Colorado State in Fort Collins, Colorado where she received her Chemical Engineering degree. Nathan graduated from Texas Tech in Lubbock, Texas where he received his Civil Engineering degree, and Andy received his degree in Finance from Texas Tech. I feel very fortunate to live in a place where so many good folks want to live or just come play. This area is full of history and I still enjoy hearing and keeping up with the many stories of Llano’s Legend and Lure.

I received my Broker’s license while in my early twenties and for 20 years I was a licensed general real estate appraiser. I enjoy following market trends and helping buyers and sellers make smart decisions concerning their real estate investments.

I grew up in Llano County, so I can tell you first hand about the many benefits of living in this beautiful place. My husband, Mark, and I own Landmasters Real Estate and we strive to share our love of this area with other people, while making their real estate experience a positive one. We believe that our company is comprised of the best agents in the business, and are committed to superior personal service in every aspect of each transaction.

We live ten miles north of Llano near the historic Babyhead area. We have three children; Dawna is a Chemical Engineer living in The Woodlands, Texas; Nathan is a Civil Engineer living in San Antonio, Texas, and our youngest son, Andy, has a degree in Finance and is living in Fort Worth, Texas. I obtained my real estate license in 1985, and have extensive knowledge of the area. I grew up on Lake LBJ, where my family was in the resort business. I love working with people and the real estate business gives me the opportunity to do that. When I am not working, I enjoy riding my bike, paddling the Llano River in a kayak or canoe, walking our two energetic dogs, and cooking for my family.

As a lifelong resident of the Texas Hill Country – over 30 years in Llano County – I am pleased to share the beauty and abundance it has to offer. Llano offers a generous, kind, and engaged community as well as the natural beauty of the Llano River and countryside.

I moved to Llano in 1978 to give my children the benefit of a small town community and education which has served them well. Now I am happy to have my grandchildren nearby, also products of our community and school system.

Over the years I have bought and sold many homes and businesses in Llano, including several restoration projects and rental properties (both residential and commercial). I have also been a local business owner for 30 years. I have a strong and versatile understanding of both residential and commercial possibilities based on real world experience and a hands-on approach to the business of making these investments work.

My real estate career has given me the opportunity to share my experience with others, and I have made many new friends. My achievements include Quality Service Producer award 2012-2014, Texas Monthly 5 Star Agent 2011-2015, Multi-million dollar production, and many local office awards.

Over the years I have contributed much time, energy, and resources to this community which has given me so much. I was on the Board of the Chamber of Commerce for 5 years, participating in all endeavors the chamber undertook, including organizing the Chamber banquets, pulling the Chamber float to area parades, working the Chamber booths, and much more. I have participated in helping most of our local organizations and held a record-breaking fund raiser for our youth. I was named Citizen of the Year in 1995

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, quiet moments fishing on the Llano River, long walks in the country, taking care of my gardens and getting creative in my kitchen.

I have been in the real estate business for over 24 years, and my specialty is Lake LBJ waterfront residential properties. Most of my business comes from repeat customers and referrals from the many clients I have had the pleasure to work with over the years. I have been a consistent million-dollar producer since joining Landmasters in 1993.  My awards include the CENTURY 21 Centurion Award in 2007 and 2009,  CENTURY 21 Ruby Award for 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2011, 2014, and I was named a Texas Monthly Super (5-Star) agent from 2005 to 2014.

Born and raised around Knoxville, Tennessee, I attended the University of Tennessee.  My husband Ray and I  have 2 children, Terri and her husband, David; and Mike and his wife, Ada; and 5 perfect grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.

We lived in North Palm Beach, Florida, from 1963-1981 where I was a real estate agent for 3 years.  In 1981, we were transferred to San Antonio because of Ray’s work with Pratt and Whitney Aircraft.  I worked for the President of the UT Health Science Center for 4 years and then as a Legal Secretary for 4 years.  Upon moving to the Hill Country, I obtained my Texas real estate license and I’ve been enjoying my career ever since.

I enjoy working with people. My goal is for both Sellers and Buyers to be completely satisfied and enjoy a smooth closing.

I grew up in the San Antonio area, graduating from Churchill High School in 1970 and Southwest Texas State in 1974. Since the mid-1950’s my second home has always been on Lake LBJ, near Kingsland, or working at farms and ranches in Carrizo Springs or Bulverde, Texas.

In my corporate career, I was involved in very large, complex environments with national and international clients. These clients required extensive negotiating skills and follow-up support.

On a personal level, I have owned, leased, and bought and sold all types of Real Estate throughout my adult life and career. I have designed and build several custom homes, acting as owner, general contractor, and project coordinator throughout all phases of construction.

My daughter, Brittini and twin baby girls, live in San Antonio and manages a family tanning salon business. My son, Chris, and his wife Nikki, live in Brooklyn, NY; Chris is a website designer and Nikki is a healthcare worker. My entire family has grown up learning to swim, ski and fish in this beautiful part of Texas on Lake LBJ.

After an extensive career in the world of Corporate Telecommunications, I retired and moved to my current home in Granite Shoals and joined Landmasters Real Estate as a REALTOR Associate.

Using skills and experience learned over the years, I am dedicated to listening closely to client needs and providing solutions that will help you in buying or selling property, including close coordination with contractors, inspectors, lenders, and escrow service providers.

I look forward to putting my skills to work and provide you with the personal service you are looking for.

I have been a full time Realtor in the Highland Lakes Area of Central Texas since 1996. My family and I are from San Antonio, Texas. In 1981 my husband, Brad, introduced me to his parents’ Lake LBJ home that was built in 1960. In 1983 we moved to Kingsland, Texas and we both became self employed, I as a Salon Owner and he as a Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor. I assisted him with his surveys and thus learned the ins-and-outs of the area and decided to get my real estate license. He also comes in handy with issues of living in this area. I have assisted many people with buying and selling over the past 20 years and I never tire from it.

Thus my motto is: “My Goal is to help you with Your Goal”

While in high school, I worked with my father and uncle building homes in Corpus Christi, Texas; then in 1952 I attended Texas A & M University where I studied Petroleum and Geological Engineering for 2 years. Shortly thereafter I entered the real estate business in Corpus Christi. In 1961 I received a BBA degree from Southern Methodist University where I majored in real estate/insurance. The balance of my life has been devoted to the real estate business in various fields such as ranch resort subdivisions, river and lakefront developments, residential properties, farms and ranches and commercial sales. I have owned and managed several real estate offices over the past 40 years. In addition, I have completed all of the educational requirements for the RM designation of the Appraisal Institute. It is my commitment to put the best interest of my clients first and strongly believe that service, not sales, is most important.

My wife, Tommie, and I built our home and moved to Sunrise Beach, Texas, in 2000 after spending most of our lives in Corpus Christi. Since moving to the Hill Country, Tommie and I enjoy boating, sailing, fishing, gardening and watching our grandchildren play sports in Austin. Tommie is very interested in woodcarving and I also do some woodworking. Currently, I am an active member of the Sunrise Beach Volunteer Fire Department and serve as a First Responder, and serve on the Board of Directors of the Central Texas Electric Cooperative.

My family first visited Llano in late 2000. We purchased our first property in 2001, where we built our “retirement home” on the Llano River and have since added several more properties to our real estate portfolio. My wife Lee and I moved to the area for good in May 2007, but I haven’t had the time to retire yet.

I am a graduate of the McCombs Business School at the University of Texas and the National Commercial Lending School at SMU. I owned a successful oil field supply business for 18 years, then after selling out I worked as a commercial/mortgage loan officer for a bank, specializing in home & interim construction loans. I have been a real estate agent/broker for 9 years – I have extensive experience in all types of real estate sales and marketing, and also enjoy property management.

My wife and I operate the Deer Blind Guest House on the Llano River on CR 103. We have two married children – Brooke and Cameron, and three grandsons. My community involvement includes: Director Llano Chamber of Commerce, Director Llano Main Street, Member Llano Red Top Jail committee, Member Highland Lakes Board of Realtors, Member Kingsville and Corpus Christi Board of Realtors, Member Longhorn Foundation, and Member University of Texas Exes.

I strive for outstanding customer service in every transaction and I am committed to selling life styles, not just real estate.

I have found my passion here in the Highland Lakes, and my goal is to work for your best interest. I first fell in love with the Texas Hill Country when I attended The University of Texas and spent time on the lakes and driving the winding and rolling hills outside of Austin. I always dreamed of moving back to this beautiful area.

After earning a journalism degree, I worked as a newspaper reporter and high school journalism teacher before serving as communications director for the U. S. Professional Tennis Association for more than 22 years. While my husband and I were both working in Houston, we purchased a second home in the Highland Lakes area so we could get away from the big city.

Now that I’m living here full time, I’m thrilled to have realized my dream of returning to the Hill Country. When I’m not enjoying the area wildlife and great sunsets from my porch, I love watching sports of all kinds, visiting with my family and friends and spoiling our only child – a chocolate lab named Maya.

It’s my goal to help others realize their dreams of owning a piece of the Texas Hill Country and I am ready to make that happen!

My husband Kenny and I are natives of the Hill Country. When we had the opportunity to return, we jumped at the chance to come back and make it our home. We have lived in Llano for about twenty six years and I know the area very well. We love boating on the lakes with our children and grandchildren. We live in the country and garden and raise boer show goats. We sit out on our back porch and watch the sunset in the evenings and know how fortunate we are to be able to live in such a beautiful place.

I truly enjoy helping folks find their own piece of the Hill Country.  Whether it’s first time home buyers, retirees, small acreage in the country or hunters looking to buy the hunting ranch of their dreams I want to help. Call me and let me help you find your piece of paradise.

I am a native “Llanoan” and have been lucky enough to live in Llano most of my life. I graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in Biology. I have worked as a Wildlife Biologist with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, rancher/feed dealer, and a bank branch manager. I have been in the real estate business serving Llano and nearby counties for the past 24 years. I sell all types of real estate but specialize in acreage, homes on acreage, and ranches. I enjoy showing our beautiful Hill Country and sharing my knowledge of the area. I work hard for my clients and many of them have become life long friends. My wife Jeanne and I are very active in Christ Lutheran Church in Cherry Springs and enjoy RVing the western states, and hunting and fishing as hobbies. If not working at my real estate job or in the yard at home, you will find me making improvements on the family ranch near the Prairie Mountain Community in Southwest Llano County.

If you would like to own a “little piece of heaven” in this “neck of the woods”, come see me and we’ll look for it together and have fun doing it.

My family and I have lived from Central Texas to the Panhandle. No matter where we lived, my heart and roots remained in beautiful western Llano County. While growing up, most weekends, holidays, and summers were spent with my grandparents just north of Castell. After graduation from Tarleton State University with a biology degree, I spent four years coaching high school football, basketball, and teaching biology in Nazareth and Crosbyton Texas.

While attending graduate school, I met my wife Judy. A week after getting married we moved to Llano where we both began teaching in the Llano School District. Judy teaches kindergarten while I coached and taught biology in high school. Later we both earned our Master of Education degrees. We knew early on that Llano would be our home and the perfect community to raise our three children, David, Joel, and Carrie.

In 1980 I earned my real estate license and began selling during the summers. I eventually quite coaching in order to spend more time with my family, and took a position of teaching junior high science. My entire life I have loved being outdoors, working/feeding cattle, deer hunting, running hounds, gardening, and fishing. For the past twenty five years, I have run a cow calf operation specializing in raising quality Gert cross cattle. My children and I spent many years successfully raising and showing lambs, and steers. We have branched out into the boer goat business and still sell a few American show steers.

In 2006, after 32 years of teaching, I retired. I began working full time for Landmasters in the Llano office. I am looking forward to spending more time hunting, fishing, feeding my cattle in daylight, and building a real estate business. I have received a Quality Service Award and the Hill Country Brokers Council Distinguished Agent Award. God continues to bless me in all areas of my life.
